Owen Hagger

Hi, I'm Owen Hagger and I've worked in the Construction industry for 20+ years now.

I've had a broad range of experiences on various sized projects from small refurbishments through to £30+ million commercial and residential projects, including working for both sub-contractors and main contractors at Regional and Tier 1 companies.

Over the last few years, I have focused more on using my experience of how successful projects run & now help subcontractors to gain control of their productivity, pressure on payments & pipeline of work plus their business plan and systems to tie it all together.

The CIOB published a report titled "Understanding Mental Health in the Built Environment", this highlighted a number of issues that business owners within the Construction industry really struggle with. They are summarised as:

  • Late payments on work

  • Long hours
